Click on the ORDER Drop-down Menu, located on the header of this website. Choose "For Pick-Up". It will take you to our online store to place your order.
This will take you to a window that will allow you to register to purchase products on the website.
If you are already in the VEGAN-IZED CLUB it will link up to the phone number and email address you registered with at the market so you can get the points for your purchases.
The first time you sign up, you will be emailed a link to confirm your account before being able to continue. once your email address has been confirmed you will be able to LOG IN to your account.
There are quite a few products in the store so this way may take some time. To make it quicker you can utilize the space by the magnifying glass in the header bar to start searching for items by using keywords like "Gardein" or "cheese."
You can also search for items by SCROLLING through products on the Bar on the LEFT, which is similar to the one in the store.
CLICK ON THE PRODUCT to ADD IT to THE CART, then click the + or - to adjust the quantity you are needing.
You should get a confirmation of your order through the email address you gave the system when placing the order or signing up for the Vegan-ized Club.
If you do not get a confirmation please call us at (702) 954-4626 before coming to the store to pick up your order as we may not have received it.
If your order didn't go through on the payment and you didn't get a confirmation email, please assume that we did not receive your order.
If this is the case, your card was most likely not charged. Please call us to confirm the order was placed as well before coming all the way down to the store to find out that we didn't receive your order.
With customers able to come back in the store the inventory count isn't always accurate and some of your items may be in another customer's cart or basket, purchased while you were checking out, or the inventory count just may be inaccurate. If we are out of a product we will ask you if you want to receive something similar or want a refund. If you opt for a refund, you should see the money return to the card account that was used within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.

However, if you want something of a different price we will issue a refund and you will have to order the other product in the store or online.
Call (702) 954-4626 when you arrive and we'll collect your purchase from the cooler and freezer if needed and put it on the cart outside for you to pick it up from. If you need assistance putting your groceries into your car please ask.
